About Experta OOD

Established in 1997 in the historic town of Veliko Tarnovo, Experta OOD is the result of the joint efforts of two former classmates from a mathematical high school. From the beginning, Experta OOD focused on developing unique software solutions, providing its first product - the Surf system, which combines a web-server and a browser with an integrated scripting language.

In 2000, the company expanded its activities by launching the Business Software magazine and creating the Download.BG portal - which became a well-known source for software downloads in Bulgaria. As its media platform grew, Expertа OOD not only distributed but also actively developed web-based business applications.

The company's main product is bgERP - a web-based business management system with an open GPLv3 license running on a LAMP stack. bgERP provides a wide range of functionality such as CRM, email and internal communication, pallet warehouse management, sales and financial transactions, POS, logistics, delivery, recipes, process operations, equipment maintenance, and integration with iot sensors. Experta OOD's endeavour is to provide integrated solutions that support sustainable business development in today's economy.
